Job Title: GRAPHIC DESIGNER Position Detail Title GRAPHIC DESIGNER Functional Marketing Job Type Full time Base Salary None specified Travel None Relocation Available No Location Atlanta, GA Country USA Job Detail Overview of Position/Purpose   Develop design direction and execute production of web, email, print, trade show and other graphics as required by Marketing programs and initiatives.   Maintain brand standards through all design executions   Create and maintain website graphics and other content Expectations   Team oriented   Ability to complete an assignment independently with limited supervision   Ability to give direction to internal/external resources as necessary   Desire to expand technical skills   Motivated to “do what it takes” to get the job done – typically over-delivers Key Accountabilities   Must be able to meet deadlines to ensure timely success of marketing initiatives   Production of email / direct mail elements for all campaigns   Maintain project management documentation for all design projects   Enhance and maintain Sales, Operations, and HR related tools and templates to graphic standards   Weekly meeting with Director of Marketing to report progress and project status   On-time completion of time critical projects Education & Qualifications   Degree in Graphic Design (or comparable) from accredited Design school   1-2 years of design experience; cross-media print and web experience a big plus   Strong, demonstrated creative skills coupled with the ability to work in a team environment – Print / Web / Multi-media portfolio is a requirement   Demonstrated understanding of technical B2B environment   Strong working knowledge of design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Quark and Flash in PC-based environment
