Overview of Position/Purpose
|

Develop design direction and execute production of web, email, print, trade show and other graphics as required by Marketing programs and initiatives.
|

Maintain brand standards through all design executions
|
| |
Create and maintain website graphics and other content
|
|

Key Accountabilities

Must be able to meet deadlines to ensure timely success of marketing initiatives

Production of email / direct mail elements for all campaigns
|
| |
Maintain project management documentation for all design projects
|
| |
Enhance and maintain Sales, Operations, and HR related tools and templates to graphic standards
|
| |
Weekly meeting with Director of Marketing to report progress and project status
|
| |
On-time completion of time critical projects
|

Education & Qualifications
|
 |
 |
| |
Degree in Graphic Design (or comparable) from accredited Design school
|
| |
1-2 years of design experience; cross-media print and web experience a big plus
|
| |
Strong, demonstrated creative skills coupled with the ability to work in a team environment – Print / Web / Multi-media portfolio is a requirement
|
| |
Demonstrated understanding of technical B2B environment
|
| |
Strong working knowledge of design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Quark and Flash in PC-based environment
|
