Quickparts ships most Rapid Prototyping orders in 3-5 days.  Accelerated shipping schedules can be accomodated in some cases.
Once your parts have been produced and inspected, they are ready to be shipped to you. Our extended experience as both a customer and supplier makes us aware that one of the most important steps in the process is shipping. Therefore, we have developed a procedure that ensures your parts will arrive safely, intact, and on time.
Packaging
Your parts are packaged by people who have years of experience in packaging rapid prototype parts. Each part is different and requires individual treatment. There are some unique features you will notice with our methods:
  • We use oversized boxes to eliminate any breakage due to shock.
    		•
  • We bury each part in foam peanuts to withstand even the largest bumps.
    		•
  • Many parts are additionally wrapped in bubble wrap or some other protective layer.
    		•
  • Parts susceptible to warping are packaged with additional support.
    		•
  • No expense is spared when packaging your parts. A little extra effort in this department ensures you get quality parts, in one piece.

    Shipping

    It wouldn't be Rapid Prototyping if your parts didn't show up quickly. Therefore, we have standardized to FedEx Priority Overnight for all shipments.  Contact your project manager if you would like your parts shipped differently.
    Quickparts has chosen FedEx as its primary shipping partner because they provide Quickparts customers the unmatched ability to track and locate packages, deliver on time and to deliver on weekends.
    If you have any special shipping needs, please make your project manager aware of these at the time of your project activation follow up call.
