| How do I get an Instant Quote? |
| 1. Login to QuickQuote using your email and password. |
| 2. Upload your 3D CAD (STL) files. |
| 3. Select the manufacturing process, quantity, material, and lead time. |
| 4. QuickQuote will present a custom binding quotation for the manufacture of your parts. |

| You can then buy your parts, save your project to start in the future, print or e-mail your quote for signoff, or discard your quotation entirely. |

| What if my needs are "special" or not covered by the available choices? |
| In the quoting process we have a notes/special instructions area where any special requests can be made. Just write in what your needs are; be very specific. Your project manager is an experienced engineer and will know what you are talking about. |

| Once a project is started, your project manager will also contact you directly by phone and your special requests can be communicated at that time. |

| What if I don't want to use the Internet or only have a 2D CAD drawing? |
| In order to receive an 'Instant Quote' for your custom parts, you will need to have Internet access and 3D CAD files. For those individuals that are unable to send files over the Internet, we do accept STL files and native 3D CAD files via email at quote@quickparts.com. |

| How do I place an order? |

When you are ready to proceed with your quote, simply click “Buy Your Parts!” You will verify your shipping and billing information and then enter a Purchase Order (PO) number or credit card number. Quickparts currently accepts Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

| What happens after I place an order? |
| After you accept your quote and activate your project, you will be taken to the project activation screen. |

| On the project activation screen you will be asked to provide or verify the following information: |

Your shipping and billing information

Your Purchase Order or credit card number (on a secured server)

| Once you have input all the necessary information, your project information is forwarded to your personal Project Manager. Your Project Manager will then contact you directly to do the following: |

Verify all the information that you provided

Discuss any special circumstances or requirements that you have noted in your order
|
|
 |
Provide a preliminary delivery date.
|
|
 |
| From there your parts are produced, inspected, and shipped directly to you. |
 |
| Your parts are shipped via Federal Express Priority Overnight (unless you have specified another shipment method on the activation form). They are packed by professional shippers who understand that each part is important and have years of experience shipping custom manufactured parts. |

| What if there is a problem with my order? |
| Once you receive your order, your Project Manager will call you to verify that your order was acceptable. After this phone call is complete, we document that your project is closed. |

| If there is a problem with your parts, tell your Project Manager about any issues during the follow-up call. |
