SLA:
Stereolithography (SLA) is a
laser based system that
produces plastic parts
great for concept models,
master patterns, and
tradeshow models.
|
SLS:
Selective Laser Sintering (SLS) uses a high power laser to fuse small particles of powder. SLS is great for
functinal testing and low volume manufacturing.
|
Cast Urethanes:
The process of using silicone molds to create urethane molded parts.
This process is great for
pre-production runs and low volume manufacturing.
|
Injection Molding:
The process of injecting plastic into an aluminum or steel mold to form the needed part. This is a great process for low and high volume manufacturing.
