Under terms of the agreement, Resinate will provide a link to Quickparts.com from within Resinate’s RMA v4.0 product. The companies intend to further develop the Strategic Alliance in 2003 by integrating Quickparts.com’s Instant Quoting technology within the framework of Resinate’s Material Advisor.
