A versatile, biocompatible-capable production-grade white material with good impact strength, elongation, and tensile strength. It provides long-term environmental stability and long-lasting white color with an injection molded-like surface quality. Recommended for high mechanical load-bearing batch production medical parts. 

Figure 4 MED-AMB 10

A rigid amber material for applications requiring biocompatibility, translucency and/or thermal resistance. It provides parts with crisp details, that can be sterilized and tested at high temperature, over 100 °C.

Figure 4 HI TEMP 150°C FR Black

A rigid, flame-retardant black material that can be used for production parts requiring UL94 V0 rating as well as FAR 25.853 and 23.853 capability. It provides long-term environmental stability with an injection molded-like surface quality. This material is recommended for consumer, transportation, and aerospace applications.

Figure 4 HI TEMP 300-AMB

An ultra-high temperature plastic for use in applications requiring high heat resistance. With a heat deflection temperature of over 300 °C at both low and high stress (HDT at 0.455 and 1.82 MPa), this material is well suited for the testing of high-temperature components in applications including HVAC, consumer appliances, motor enclosures, stators, molds, and the like.

VisiJet Armor (M2G-CL)

A tough, ABS-like clear performance plastic, it exhibits an exceptional mix of tensile strength and flex. Versatile across a wide range of applications, VisiJet Armor delivers advanced prototyping performance to meet almost any engineering need.

VisiJet M2R-CL

A USP Class VI certified material with ISO 10993 biocompatibility, suitable for use in certain medical applications such as surgical guides as well as other non-medical applications where rigid function and moderate flex are desirable. 

VisiJet M2R-TN

Stiff plastic with opaque tan finish to create high contrast visualization prototypes. With high modulus and heat resistance properties it is ideal for applications at high temperature requiring rigidity.

VisiJet ProFlex (M2G-DUR)

Ideal for living hinge applications as well as a range of applications requiring durability and extreme pliability. This polypropylene-like rigid clear plastic delivers an effective combination of high impact resistance and extreme flex to provide robust engineering-grade performance.

Stainless Steel (316L)

Extra low carbon grade stainless steel 316. Parts can be machined, spark-eroded, welded, shot-peened, polished and coated if required. For parts that need to be sterilized and highly corrosion resistant. Great for applications in pharmaceuticals, food machinery, chemical and process industries.

Titanium (Ti6A4V Grade 5)

Titanium alloy with high strength, low weight and excellent biocompatibility for technical and medical applications. Similar to laserform ti gr23 (a), but with higher strength. Applications include aerospace, sports, marine, dental prosthesis and medical tools/devices.

Zamak 12

Provides a high-quality surface finish and detail. The most versatile zinc alloy in terms of combining high-performance properties and ease of fabrication.
