Quickparts is your partner in global parts production – offering a full range of traditional manufacturing methods including Injection Mold Tooling, CNC, and Sheet Metal Manufacturing.
Quickparts is a global leader in additive manufacturing, including SLS, SLA, DMP and MJP. Our expert application engineers are ready to assist you. We have the tools, processes and expertise to quickly turn your designs into the parts you need.
Get custom sheet metal parts in a wide range of material and finishing options with tolerances comparable to die tooling.
We offer a variety of capabilities in sheet metal such as bending, shearing, staking and stamping. Common operations for sheet metal parts include drilling, tapping, counterboring and countersinking. Our sheet metal parts are produced using laser cutting, water jet or chemical etching processes to form blanks from sheet metal stock. Blanks are then bent to shape using press brakes or quick custom tooling to form the final geometry. Quickparts On Demand supports projects from simple bent sheet metal prototypes of brackets, base plates, clips, clamps, covers and other formed metal parts, to production runs of complex, multi-part electro-mechanical assemblies
Injection Mold Tooling & Parts
From prototype through Quick-Turn tooling, Single/Family tools, Low-Volume Injection Molding and Over-Molding and Secondary Post-Molding operations.
Injection molding produces high quality parts and prototypes by forcing heated thermoplastics into a mold cavity to create the desired component. Quickparts provides traditional injection molding services, with capabilities ranging from quick-turn tooling, single/family tools, low-volume injection molding and over-molding and secondary post-molding operations. We offer most commercially available thermoplastics from production-grade tooling, with no geometry limits and have a large variety of solutions and benefits to meet your needs.
Build parts in final production materials.
CNC refers to cutting material with a computer numerical control machine. The CNC machining process interprets your 3D CAD model and translates data to CNC machines. The main benefit of the process is that CNC will produce parts that can replace the additive manufactured prototypes with true production grade materials. This method allows you to build your parts in the featured material that you intend for use in production. CNC machining is the best choice for rapid prototyping of high-quality metal and plastic parts requiring the greatest degree of dimensional accuracy, critical surface finishes, material-specific properties. Whether for rapid prototypes or production parts, we have the right CNC machining options for your metal and plastic part needs.
How to Select the Right Manufacturing Solution
From rapid and functional prototyping, appearance models to low-volume production using both additive manufacturing and traditional subtractive processes; the choices to develop your project are almost endless.
